For anyone who’s interested, here is the really crappy OP for Sora o Kakeru Shoujo.  The song sucks, and the lyrics make less sense than your average anime OP.

Sorry for the crappy quality.  Youtube sucks at compression it seems.

I’m actually impressed.  If you watch it in “HQ” (accessed via the menu on the bottom right) it actually looks pretty good.  You can even read the subtitles.

Correction: You can’t watch it anymore.  Man, that was quick!  Sunrise said it was infringing on their copyright and they took it down.  Screw em anyway.  I fail to see how letting that video stay on youtube would infringe upon their ability to make money, given that:

1. Its the OP, and just the OP.
2. It’s not licensed in the States (and should never be).
3. Sunrise is stupid.

Was going to consider buying the Cowboy Bebop box set, but I may have to reconsider now .  Next time I’ll name is something random and see if they can find it then!

Its not the first time this has happened, but last time I didn’t have the frame of mind to take a screen shot of it.  In one of the later episodes in the series (episode 44 to be exact), Hayate, Nagi et al. take a trip to a secret underground bunker to see how anime is “really” made.  Click thru for more info.
